I moved up this year to novice! I’m not on the super competitive end, though, like I don’t have any triples haha :)

well I usually start with about 30-45 mins of cardio (mostly running) and then proceed with numerous sets of abs, back exercises, squats, pushups, etc. An hour of cardio is really good for endurance! but you should also include strength training, and stretching too. I’d cut back on the cardio and add in the strength stuff. I try to do off ice 4-6 times a week. Hope that helps! :)
